I feel that you should not break up with her, as it will seriously break her heart. However, you should start exercising with her or encouraging her to take up a diet plan.
It’s quite disappointing to see that you have fallen for a girl because she look attractive THEN, and NOW she’s grown and you wanna abandon her. Please reflect on your love.
